The Value Added Tax (VAT) Office (Inland Revenue Division) and the Department of Finance and Treasury had entered into an understanding to work in collaboration to recover debts owed to the State in Value Added Tax (VAT) as endorsed by Council of Minster’s (COM) Decision 101 of 2016.
The workshop was conducted on the 4th of August 2016 by officials from both the Department of Environment and the Department of Customs & Inland Revenue and comes as a refresher to a similar one that had been conducted in 2015.
